No Soap Radio
In the Beginning........
Since its conception in 1989, NO SOAP RADIO has been playing its unique style of Blues, R&B and Rock and Roll throughout the clubs in Connecticut. Known for its "Garage sound with an edge", NSR continues to add flavor to the local music scene.
Lead vocalist Coco Daddy Fairchild sings from the heart and delivers the songs' message to your heart. Besides singing, his wailing harp playing makes you believe in the charm of that little instrument. He also plays guitar.
Joining Fairchild is lead guitarist Bonjigger Nelson. His range delivers danceable, hard-driving, Chicago-style blues. His beautiful arrangements of the classic songs Domino and Stormy Monday will have the crowd yelling for more.
Complementing Bone Jigger's style is rhythm guitarist John Belancik, formerly of Nightwind.
Walter Nightingale's intense drumming style drives the band as well as the audience. Completing the solid rhythm section is Willy Wilson on bass.
The band has a varied set list and will strive to make sure everyone has a good time.
